Damaged Items:

Please ensure to inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage at all you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to jesse@allofthelights.com.au

Chang Of Mind

As a solely online retailer and we source our beautiful lights direct from suppliers from Australia and designers everywhere.  This allows us to offer our customers exclusive prices due to reduced over heads.  

Within 30 days of purchase; if something does not fit your needs we will do our best to offer store credit for another purchase.  If nothing we offer suit your needs and you need a refund it will attract a 10% restocking fee on the original order value plus shipping.  

All of our products are marked with their measurements, it is up to you to properly read our descriptions.  Please do not hesitate to ask further questions if you are unsure if a piece will be right for you.  

Product Issues

If a product has stopped working for reasons other than customer damage the one year supplier warranty on our of our products may come into affect.  Please contact us ASAP for a resolution and replacement.  

Some more conditions for returning a product

  • Items & any related meterials should be returned in original re-sellable condition with the original packaging
  • All the returned products should be sent through a registered shipping service.  
  • The consumer is accountable for any postage cost related to the returning of the products.
  • Refund systems can be original payout process. 
  • Products that have been installed cannot be refunded.
